I had a really good dinner last night of Asian Style BBQ Tofu with Red Quinos. It was tasty, filling and visually pleasing. The sauce was tangy and sweet! A very nice dinner that left me happy!
I have finally reached my limit for Tofu Love! It's the cheesecake! It was ok and had a nice creamy texture and LOOKED like cheesecake but wasn't the same. I do have to say it satisfied my sweet craving since I didn't want to eat anything else till the next day!
